  • A cleaner does not attend your appointment without notice.
  • You cancel within the permitted timeframe under our Cancellation Policy.
  • A genuine service failure is confirmed after investigation.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You provide incorrect or incomplete booking information.
  • The cleaner is unable to access the property due to your actions.
  • You cancel outside the permitted timeframe.
  • You are dissatisfied with the service but decline a re‑clean.
  • The issue arises from circumstances outside our control.

4. Late Cancellations

Late cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Refunds may not be available for cancellations made after the required notice period.

5. Service Quality Concerns

If you are unhappy with the quality of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We may offer:

  • A complimentary re‑clean
  • A partial refund
  • A goodwill gesture

Refunds will only be issued after we have had the opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue.
